TEAM DOOR DECORATIONS CONTESTS:
All YEDA Teams will be given a dressing room to store their items during the show. We would like to invite ALL teams to participate in a door decorating contest that captures the essence of your team and YEDA. Teams will create a door decoration that will cover the exterior of their dressing room door facing the aisle and exterior.

**Horses attending this show**

1. MUST have a “horse rental agreement” filled out (linked below).

2. Current Coggins

3. Out of state horses: Health certificate within 30 days

THESE WILL BE COLLECTED UPON ARRIVAL BEFORE UNLOADING.

Horse rental agreement- Must be filled out for every horse attending

**All participants who will be handling a horse at any point during the event (exhibitors, coaches, parents, aunts, uncles, etc.) will need to provide a completed waiver. These will be collected Saturday morning in the office**

Liability waiver- Every person handling and riding a horse MUST fill out

Camping: There is NO camping on site at Midway University, however there is an option available for camping 20 minutes away at Lakeside Arena in Frankfort, Kentucky. Camping is $37 a night which includes electric and water. You must contact Bruce Brown +1 (859)-489-4885 if you are planning on camping.

Special info: Limited stalls available, therefore the amount of rides accepted will be limited. Total number of rides accepted per day/total for show will be on the entries.
